Review of standards related to certified customers:
ISO 50003:2021 accreditation standard
(EnMS - requirements for bodies carrying out audits and certification of energy management systems)
As part of the revision of the standard, tables A.3 and A.4 were modified, affecting the calculation of the audit duration.
In the calculation of audit days, the number of energy types has been changed to those that include at least 80% of the total consumption.
In chapter A.2 the information on the actual number of workers has been clarified.
The complexity weights have been changed.
EN ISO 3834 certification standard
(Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials).
The ÄŒSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 standard has already been replaced by the EN ISO 3834-2:2021 standard, according to which all certified organizations must be certified without a transitional period.
This standard takes over terms and definitions from the EN ISO 9000 standard. The names of the individual chapters have also been changed from the original. The standard has been revised, but no substantial changes have been made in terms of content. References to the standards mentioned above in the text of the relevant chapter can be found in a separate part of the standard ÄŒSN EN ISO 3834-5.
The AUDISO certification body is accredited to conduct audits in accordance with the ÄŒSN EN ISO 3834-2:2021 standard and can offer its clients a new certification as soon as possible. The assessment of the transition to the requirements of the new standard will be carried out during regularly scheduled supervisory or recertification audits, or in the form of an extraordinary audit. The specific procedure will always be consulted with the customer.
