Supervision of technological processes in companies engaged in engineering production.
Focus on:
- Technological supervision of special processes at the manufacturer
- Technological supervision of suppliers (outsourcing)
- Expediting – monitoring of project schedule compliance
- Customer audits (second-party audits)
- Supplier selection
These activities are carried out by personnel with sufficient qualifications (IWE, IWT).
Qualification
Expediting
Goal:
The objective is to minimize risks throughout the entire supply process. Special emphasis is placed on meeting deadlines and ensuring the quality of deliveries, completeness of accompanying documentation, and a smooth final expedition process.
Preparation and procedure:
- Securing information and requirements defined by the contract
- Ongoing monitoring of work-in-progress
- Inspection of readiness for partial or final acceptance by the client (product, documentation)
- Continuous updates on production progress
- Interim reports on findings and observations
- Monitoring the resolution of findings at the manufacturer or supplier identified during the activity
Supplementary activities:
Acceptance of partial products and assembly units of construction, mechanical, and steel structures, which includes inspection, testing, examination, and supervision.
Qualifications
Personnel have many years of experience in activities related to:
- Project management
- Management of inspections and testing
- Conducting customer audits of manufacturers or suppliers of both pressure and non-pressure components
- Monitoring deadline compliance according to the given schedule
Inspection on behalf of the client
Goal:
To oversee the continuous assurance of quality in the executed work and assess the conformity of manufacturing technological procedures with actual production/assembly and the requirements of the contract and related technical documentation.
Procedure:
- Securing information and requirements defined by the contract
- Clarifying technical requirements for production
- Kick-off meeting
- Ongoing production monitoring, adherence to technological procedures, and discipline
- Continuous monitoring of compliance with the Inspection and Test Plan, including documentation and “on-time” Inspection Reports
- Participation in organizing acceptances (with the investor / NoBo if required)
- Inspection and acceptance of final documentation
Supplementary activities:
Acceptance of partial products and assembly units (inspection, testing, examination, supervision) primarily includes:
- Construction structures
- Mechanical equipment
- Steel structures
- Customer audits
Qualifications
- IWE
- NDT (VT, MT Level II)
Personnel have many years of experience in activities related to:

Customer Audits
Goal:
Verify whether the manufacturer/supplier is consistently capable of delivering products or providing services in accordance with standards, norms, and the specific requirements of the client.
Customer audit procedure:
- Auditor participation in defining audit inputs (schedule, scope of questions)
- Identification of weak points of the manufacturer/supplier (based on practical experience)
- Execution of the audit at the manufacturer/supplier
- Preparation of the Final Audit Report and its delivery to relevant stakeholders
- Auditor participation in the final selection of the manufacturer/supplier
- Monitoring the resolution of deficiencies at the manufacturer/supplier identified by the audit team
