Strategic intentions of AUDISO a.s.

  1. Maintain contact with certified entities even outside audit periods to sustain and develop their management systems at a high level. To this end, strengthen marketing activities toward both existing and potential clients, including active participation of company representatives in professional and industry associations, societies, and organizations.
  2. In connection with the intentions of point 1, significantly increase informational and professional events in the form of seminars and training sessions—not only in the narrow field of certification but also in related areas aligned with the needs of businesses and entrepreneurs. For this purpose, engage in appropriate collaboration with highly professional and specialized institutes and organizations.
  3. Continuously strive to acquire new certification applicants, especially in newly accredited areas, particularly in management systems related to energy management, waste handling (metal scrap), IT and OT in services, etc. To support this, expand the scope of information provided to existing entities about certification opportunities in these fields.

Quality Policy of Management Systems

  • To ensure consistency across all processes, we adhere to our own quality management system of the certification body (hereinafter referred to as CB) in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2016 standard (and related standards), which we maintain and improve in line with relevant standards and evolving market conditions.
  • We recognize that our employees, external auditors, and technical experts are the heart and essence of our company. We provide them with all the necessary conditions for safe and high-quality work, as well as for their continued professional and personal development. Through regular training and education, we deepen awareness of the company’s values, the importance of quality, and other aspects essential for achieving high-quality results and outputs of the CB.
  • We believe in building a culture within our company that supports the perception of shared values and goals. This also strengthens the reputation of the certification body.
  • We regularly evaluate all feedback from our customers and partners. We address this feedback in a way that ensures mutual satisfaction while maintaining all defined rules and requirements.

Quality Policy of the Validation/Verification Body

  • To ensure the consistency of all processes, we adhere to our own quality management system in accordance with the standards ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17029:2020, ČSN EN ISO 14065:2022, and associated standards and directives, which we maintain and improve in line with relevant standards and market conditions.
  • We recognize that our internal and external staff are the heart and essence of our company. We provide them with all the conditions for safe and high-quality work, as well as their further professional and personal development. Through regular training and education, we deepen awareness of the company's values, the importance of quality, and other aspects necessary to achieve high-quality results and outputs from the Validation and Verification Body.
  • We believe in building a culture within our company that fosters the perception of shared values and objectives. In this way, we also strengthen the reputation of the Validation and Verification Body.
  • We regularly evaluate all suggestions and feedback from our clients and partners. We address these in a way that ensures mutual satisfaction while maintaining all defined rules and requirements.

  • Our goal is to ensure consistency and a high level of all processes through our own quality management system. This system is built on the requirements of applicable norms, standards, and guidelines and is continuously maintained and improved with regard to market development, customer needs, and the legislative framework.
  • We are aware that internal and external workers are a key element of the success of the entire organization. Therefore, we create a safe and motivating work environment and support their professional and personal development. Through regular training and education, we develop their understanding of corporate values, the importance of quality, and responsibility towards clients and society.
